When you’re ready to travel, we are ready to welcome you for your next stay in Sonoma County. As part of our Commitment to Clean, you may notice a growing number of improved protocols to enhance your safety and comfort during your stay. Some of these include:

Enhanced Cleanliness Standards

We’re building on our longstanding cleanliness protocols and enhancing the existing program with guidance developed in response to the pandemic, including recommendations related to deep cleaning, disinfecting, hygiene, and social distancing best practices and protocols.

Housekeeping Upon Request

We’ve redesigned our housekeeping program to promote an uninterrupted stay and give guests more options. Cambria hotels are providing housekeeping services upon request for shorter visits and after every third night during longer stays. Guests can call the front desk to request more frequent housekeeping or ask for additional towels, toiletries and linens when needed.

Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

We’ve heightened cleaning protocols for high-traffic areas such as the front desk, fitness centers and pools, as well as other high-touch surfaces throughout the hotel, using hospital-grade disinfectant approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Face Coverings Required in Common Areas

In accordance with local mandates and following public health guidance, face coverings are required in hotel common areas to help slow the transmission of COVID-19. We appreciate your support in helping to protect the safety of hotel guests, associates and visitors.

Commitment to Clean Captains

We have designated a “Commitment to Clean Captain” to complete applicable best-in-class cleanliness training and incorporate the new protocols into our hotel operations.

Cambria Contactless Concierge Service

Limit your interactions with hotel staff by using our Cambria Contactless Concierge Service, a text messaging service for housekeeping requests, to-go food orders, meeting room requests and more.

Social Distancing Guidelines

We’ve updated the check-in process to limit social interactions and issued guidelines for social distancing at the front desk area. In our indoor and outdoor spaces, furniture arrangements may be updated to encourage appropriate social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines. You will also find hand sanitizing stations in public spaces.

Takeout and Al Fresco Dining Options

Enjoy locally sourced, California cuisine selections, craft beer, and curated cocktails on our outdoor patio at our on-site dining experience, Sam and Mary’s Restaurant and Bar. Packaged lunch boxes and takeout options are also available. Visit our self-serve marketplace 24/7 for pre-packaged meals and grab-n-go snacks and drinks.

Commitment to Clean: Meetings Well Planned

Our core Commitment to Clean initiative has been extended to include special guidance for events. Flexible meeting room layout options include configurations to allow for physical distancing along with hand sanitizing stations in our meeting rooms. Also choose from several service-style dining options with plated or boxed meals, including to-go service and socially distanced dining in our outdoor patios accessible from the meeting space.
